Both of us have over 30 years experience in real estate sales, marketing and property management.  Our backgrounds in Art and Architecture,  Investment Property Sales, Land Acquisition, Development and Spec Home Construction, along with Management and Training of resort sales staff have allowed us to relate well to the majority of people we contact.  Before coming to La Quinta, we most recently spent 7 years in property management at the Snowbird Resort-at the lifts-at Mammoth Lakes.  We enjoyed the business, but not the weather, so we decided to move to a more comfortable climate where we could have our own vacation property management company.
